Cara Summerfield was born in New Orleans during the 50's prior to the Civil Rights disturbances in the public school system.  Her love for animals is the great motivator for improving her life and moving forward with it.  Spirituality has been her main thrust from the day she was born, keeping her alive on planet Earth.  Currently living in Denver, she lovingly calls herself a free spirit with a Rocky Mountain high.
