Inserting Slide Transitions

Slide animations are actually slide transitions. This is when a slide pops in, dissolves in, or comes in from a side or corner of the screen. When used sparingly, they can compliment your presentations. If used constantly, it can be a distraction. You can either do a custom transition for different slides or do the same transition for your whole slide show by checking a box.

1. Click on "Animations" . Look under the "Transitions" tab to select the transition you want for each slide.

2. Set your transition speed from fast, medium, slow. If you want to set the transition style for your whole slide show, you will want to set it now.

3. The last step is to set how you want your slides to move forward. You can select On Click or set the slide to show for X amount of seconds or minutes.
