A Conjunction is a word that connects two or more items or ideas together. 

The most common conjunctions are: and, or, but, for, nor, so, yet

Conjunctions are connectors.

Examples

1. Ms. Rude and I are best friends.

2. She must have a cigarette or beer everyday.

3. Her doctors say she must stop but she doesn’t agree.

4. She continues  for she is very stubborn. 

5. She doesn’t care about her family nor herself.

6. She has stopped communicating with them so she can continue doing what she wants to do.

7. She can live without them yet she misses them.
